The Pathways office in Obion County is located in Union City and offers mobile crisis services, individual and group outpatient counseling for behavioral and substance use needs, medication management, case management services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery, psychiatric rehabilitation, and a batterer’s intervention program. Many of these services are also available via telehealth. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Children’s Health Insurance Program.
