What We Do

Mental Health America of the MidSouth is an educational, non-profit providing vital resources to Middle and West Tennessee. Our goal is to provide the right help at the right time to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Caregiver Support

Services for families caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias.

Erase the Stigma - Youth

Educational and interactive presentations for youth that break down the stigma surrounding mental health.

Continuing Education for Professionals

Provides CE curricula for professionals whose work directly involves mental health awareness.

Suicide Prevention

We believe the only acceptable number of deaths by suicide is ZERO.

Multicultural Outreach

Providing services and resources for Unaccompanied Children to support their safety and well being as they adapt to life in a new country.

Training

Mental Health Education and Training not only helps to fight the stigma surrounding mental health but provides skillsets and tools that can save lives.
